Why did you choose to teach at Highlands College?

Jesus said, “The Harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” My favorite thing about Highlands College is our students. They are the answer to Jesus’ prayer in Luke 10:2. It is thrilling to train and equip students who have the potential to lead and serve the church.

How does Christian Theology shape the future leaders of the church?

Christian Theology helps students develop a better view of God so that they can have a better relationship with Him. Students discover what the Church has believed, confessed, and taught on the basis of the Word of God.

What did you do before joining the Highlands College team?

I got to lead and serve with my wife Sara for five years on the Highland Kids staff at Church of the Highlands.
