This role will lead the alumni relations program that complements and supports the mission and vision of Highlands College. Responsible for both administration and strengthening relationships with alumni.

Reporting to:
Executive Director of Enrollment

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the strategic direction and operations of the Alumni Office
  • Establish HC Alumni Chapters in high-density areas
  • Promote and facilitate Alumni participation in chapels and Preview Days
  • Organize and coordinate alumni events
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure coordination and development of a total alumni relations program
  • Promote and foster effective alumni relations through continued written communication and personal contact
  • Arrange publicity and promotions for alumni events and opportunities
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of programs/services as well as identify problems and recommend improvements

Education & Experience 

  • B.A. Preferred
  • Successful experience training and implementing strategies

Extent of Public Contact 

  • High

Physical Demands 

  • Moderate exposure to physical risk
  • Good physical condition is required
  • Ability to drive between campuses
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
