Summary of Responsibilities

The Guest and Team Success Specialist is a part time role that will serve at the Information Desk in the main entrance to Highlands College. This is a highly visible role with dual responsibilities of both creating an excellent experience for those visiting or calling into the college as well as providing administrative and project support to Team Success as directed.

Reporting to: 

Executive Director of Team Success

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

●  Act as a point of reference and provide excellent hospitality to students, staff and guests of Highlands College.

●  Work cross-functionally to align the schedule, agenda, and communication of key guests in a timely manner.

●  Work with the Executive Director of Team Success to support the department with administrative tasks.

○ Duties may include: Processing background checks, monitoring and ordering supplies/ teammate merchandise/

name badges, posting positions on the College website, submitting receipts/ check requests, conference room

booking and other duties as requested.

● Affirm and uphold the Statement of Faith and the Core Values and DNA of the College, exemplifying all by word and lifestyle.

Education & Experience

●  One year of proven administrative support or hospitality experience required.

●  Knowledge of Highlands College, it’s leaders, departments and layout highly preferred.

●  Knowledge of Highland College student processes and procedures for enrollment, classes and resident life preferred.

●  College degree preferred, but not required.
